We wanted to find a charity that would benefit others who suffer with similar issues as Paul and one which also resonates with his character. Sport in Mind were the perfect fit. Their mission is simple: "To improve the lives of people experiencing mental health problems through sport and physical activity". They deliver physical activity projects in partnership with the NHS in order to promote mental wellbeing, improve physical health, combat social isolation and empower people to move their lives forward in a positive direction. Thank you for digging deep in honour of a wonderful man.
